ARGH Fucking Computer

I got an idea, Freeze water in a plastic container about the size of your computer overnight. In the morning quickly put the cold plastic container under your laptop, and play. This will create a cold feeling on the laptop for a longer period of time, hopefully it should stay cold for a good amount of time.

Just an idea though ;)

Well, thats is a good idea, it's just, it would be easier if you got a lid, put ice on it, and let it freeze over night, and in the morning, or whenever I play it, put it on.

Or you could just elevate your laptop.

I had an overheating problem during the summer, so I just took a piece of paper, ripped it in 4, folded the pieces, and put one under each corner. Worked fine after that.

You could buy a laptop dock. I mean, it's just a more conventional way to elevate the thing.



Laptops are designed with fans on the base because the surface you are supposed to sit them on is your lap. The crevice between your thighs creates the path in which the hot air will escape.

Cooling a laptop with cold surfaces will just cause vapour from the icy surface to seethe into the system and hardware. Especially if they are filled with water. Stop thinking of stupid ideas.
